Tires busters this is what i call them , installed at different locations in zamzama and khada market for stopping the traffic coming in the wrong way, these are made in such a way that a car if passes from the right direction will not have even a scratch on the tire but if the car passes from a wrong way the tires will burst due to its sharp edgy shape, lets see how many citizens now follow the rule :p
