It is a very common sight now adays in this lawless Karachi that most of high graded vehicles such as corolla's,prado's and other expensive cars dont have number plates at all or if they have they are mostly covered by this circle plate which is covered by a circle of cloth it self,
what this shows is that this car belongs to the untouchable so police please stay away , and apart from that these cars are full jet black tinted which as law of Pakistan does not allow, only the ministers are authorised to keep such tints on the government given cars they own, these illegal plated people roam around freely give the general public a hard time , it is the time to remove such illegal things from the cars , why dont follow the rule and not break it :) and we should ignore it
no more and our law enforcement agencies should treat public equally
